JEWELLERY CLEANING SERVICES

While every cleaning project is different, generally speaking, the cleaning process is made up of a few different steps.

First, we start things off with a thorough inspection of your piece to determine if there’s any outstanding repair work that needs to be done. This includes checking for loose stones, damaged prongs, or other potential issues that can turn into bigger problems unless addressed.

Once the evaluation is complete, we proceed with the cleaning itself. Depending on what needs to be done, we have specialized cleaning techniques at our disposal, such as ultrasonic cleaning and steam cleaning. With each step, your piece is cleaned so that all dirt, oils, and residues are removed.

With the piece thoroughly cleaned, we then polish it to bring out its original brilliance.

 Please note that we will contact you first before moving forward with any repairs that we find in our inspection of your piece.

We recommend professional cleaning every 6–12 months, depending on how often you wear your jewellery. Frequent wear, and exposure to lotions, perfumes, and other external elements can speed up the buildup of dirt and grime.

We can clean jewellery pieces made out of precious metal. We don't clean pieces that are plated in gold. 

All cleaning projects are completed on-site, and time of clean can take anywhere between 1 to 7 days depending on the piece. For more exhaustive projects, and big projects, the timeline may be longer.
